• Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 2-3 working days, while Custom Orders are made and sent out within 14-18 working days.

  Pre-Order Masks are made within 3 working days and dropped off at the post office on Mondays and Fridays.

  1. Standard Postage: $1.50

  Does NOT come with tracking. Please note that we are not liable for lost mail. Tracked postage is highly encouraged.

  2. SmartPac Tracked Mail: $4

  Free for orders over SGD100. Delivered to letterbox. Comes with a tracking number. Delivery status will be updated by SingPost.
