1. Tracked Postage to Letterbox: $2.30
Free tracked postage for orders over SGD100. Delivered to letterbox. Comes with a tracking number. Delivery status will be updated by SingPost.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide at flat-rate postage costs.
Malaysia: ≥$8
S.E.A, Asia Pacific & Europe: ≥$20
U.S.A & Rest of the World: $35

You may refer to our general size chart here. Take note that cuts and measurements vary for every style. Feel free to reach out to us for help on sizing.

To place a Custom Order - Go to the product labelled 'Custom Order' -> Select the print of choice -> Input size measurements -> Click 'Add to Cart' -> Checkout
To purchase a Ready Piece - Go to the product you wish to purchase -> Select from the available sizes -> Input quantity -> Click 'Add to Cart' -> Checkout

There are two options: Normal and Express
Normal - All items are cut and handmade by us according to your size. We usually take 14-18 days to make and mail your items to you. Watch the top announcement bar for updates to delivery times during high season!
Express - Top up SGD10 per item for it to be made and mailed out within 3 working days of purchase, so you can expect to receive it within 5-6 days. At the moment, express orders have to be placed via Instagram DM.

Batik prints are unique and usually available in small quantities only. This helps to ensure that every piece you take home with is special.
All sold out prints are… really sold out.

Ordering via IG is only for EXPRESS orders, but you may drop your queries there, we're more than happy to help.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only.
All SALE items are final and not eligible for refunds/exchanges.
