To place a Custom Order - Go to the product labelled 'Custom Order' -> Select the print of choice -> Input size measurements -> Click 'Add to Cart' -> Checkout
Normal - All items are cut and handmade by us according to your size. We usually take 14-18 days to make and mail your items to you. Watch the top announcement bar for updates to delivery times during high season!
Express - Top up SGD10 per item for it to be made and mailed out within 3 working days of purchase, so you can expect to receive it within 5-6 days. Currently, express orders have to be placed via Instagram DM.
5. What are the available shipping options?
Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 2-3 working days, while Custom Orders are made and sent out within 14-18 working days.
Pre-Order Masks are made within 3 working days and dropped off at the post office on Mondays and Fridays.

Does NOT come with tracking. Please note that we are not liable for lost mail. Tracked postage is highly encouraged.
2. SmartPac Tracked Mail: $4
Free for orders over SGD100. Delivered to letterbox. Comes with a tracking number. Delivery status will be updated by SingPost.

6. Why do your Batik prints run low in stock so quickly?
Batik prints are unique and usually available in small quantities only. This helps to ensure that every piece you take home with you means something special.
All sold out prints are… really sold out.
7. Can I make a purchase via Direct Message @MakerlySG on Instagram?
No, only for EXPRESS orders, but you may drop your queries there, we're happy to help.
8. Do you do refunds/exchanges?
Only if we messed up your order!
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only.
All SALE items are final and not eligible for refunds/exchanges.
9. I have already made an order but have changed my mind about the print, may I request for a change?
Sure! We can't guarantee that the desired one will be in stock, but drop us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or DM us with your order number via @makerlysg on Instagram to request a change.
10. I have a particular outfit style in mind, may I get it customised with you?
Yes! Simply reach out to us via any of our social media platforms, we'll be happy to bring your Batik outfit dreams to life!
11. Do you offer flexible payment options?
Yes! In line with our goal to make our Batik-wear more accessible to everyone, we've partnered with alternative payments provider hoolah.co so you can shop with more flexibility in fulfilling payments.
12. I have a promo code. Can I use it?
Unless otherwise stated, promo codes can be applied for the relevant collections on our web store at the checkout page. Promo codes are not valid on custom orders.
